Shipping policy

PROCESSING: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking when available.

DELIVERY: We currently ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination — the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

DELAYS: Weather, carrier issues, and holidays can slow delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at handcraftedelements2.5@gmail.com and we'll track it down.
